"Business Number for FILE_DOCUMENT_XID exceeds the maximum length of 50" Exception When Uploading a Document to OTM

When uploading a document to a shipment, the action fails with the following exception.


It is expected to be able to upload documents successfully in OTM.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Login to OTM and navigate to Shipment Management -> Shipment Management -> Buy Shipments
2. Search for a shipment and select it.
3. Select Actions -> Business Process Automation -> Documents -> Upload Document
4. Browse for the file to upload from your computer and click Upload.
5. The exception is thrown.
