Symptoms

Actual Behavior
On ERES (E-Record and E-Signature) enabled instance, APP-FND-01934 occurs when updating item attributes through Master Items form (INVIDITM)

Error
APP-FND-01934: User POS:2063 is invalid. in Package EDR_PSIG_RULE Procedure PSIG_RULE

Expected Behavior
On ERES (E-Record and E-Signature) enabled instance, item attributes can be updated through Master Items form (INVIDITM) successfully

Steps
1. Implement Item Update approval using ERES
(Setup workflow business event, AME for INV ERES Item Update)
2. INV(N)Items > Master Items
Open the item, update attribute and save it
-> APP-FND-01934 occurs
