Symptoms
When attempting to run the Create Accounting Program, the following error occurs.
ERROR
An internal error occurred. Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:
An internal error has occurred in the program XLA_00555_AAD_C_000025_PKG.EventType_250. ORA-01403: no data found.
EVENT CLASS CODE = BATCH_MATERIAL
The following events are present in the line extract but MISSING in the header extract:
Event_id = &event_id
STEPS
1. Responsibility: OPM Financials
2. Run the Create Accounting Program
3. The request ends with the ORA-01403, as mentioned above.
