Symptoms
Order Release Agent Action's (Order Release - Mod - Propagate Changes) Parameter (Propagate Ship Unit Quantities) drops the Shipment cost to zero
Example:
Order ID: XXX
Shipment ID: XXX (Total Cost: 100.00 EUR)
Agent ID: XXX
Agent Type: ORDER RELEASE
Agent Events: ORDER - MODIFIED: USER
Agent Actions: ORDER RELEASE - MOD - PROPAGATE CHANGES: Ship Unit Quantities
Edit the Order Release -> Edit the Ship Unit -> Change the THU Count from 5 to 6
