Custom Pick Slip in Shipping Document Set is not printing automatically at the time of ship confirm. There is a default printer and number of copies assigned at the user level.

From Log file example:
CONC PROGRAM IS :XXXXXXXXXXXXXX
l_printer_name IS :
NUMBER OF COPIES for current doc :0
NUMBER OF COPIES from fnd profile :1
