Symptoms
Employees terminated in the middle of a payroll period are paid for the entire period instead of the hours actually worked. Proration is not working on the earnings element.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Terminate employee
2. Run payroll or Quick Pay
