Workflow Mailer losing connection "Unable to connect to tranport" With javax.mail.MessagingException Error (Doc ID 2203175.1)

Symptoms

Mailer is up and running but mails are not processing. Rebuilding the workflow queue still issue didn't resolve the issue.

Error:

oracle.apps.fnd.wf.mailer.MailerConnErrorConsts.checkConnectionError(String, Logger)]:The exception string does not contain any of the predefined connection error constants, returning false.

javax.mail.MessagingException: 550 5.7.1 Client does not have permissions to send as this sender

oracle.apps.fnd.cp.gsc.SvcComponentProcessor.process()]:Processor Exception was thrown due to lost connection

oracle.apps.fnd.wf.mailer.SMTPOutboundProcessor.open()]:Unable to connect to tranport
