Symptoms
When attempting to terminate an employee with Final Process Date value
the following error occurs.

FRM-40735 on-update trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01403
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to people -> Enter and Maintain
2. Query the Employee and go to End Employment Page
3. Fill the details and click on Terminate
The above error raises.
