OEOIMP: Order Import creates Order in Entered Status, Booking fails with Error : Unit Selling Price is required on a booked order line

Symptoms
When attempting to use Order Import to import Orders, the program completes successfully but Order Booking fails with the
the following errors
ERROR
Unit Selling Price is required on a booked order line.
Unit List Price is required on a booked order line.
And the Orders are imported in Entered status.
There is no Price List information passed in the Order Import Interface tables and the program derives the Price List based on the defaulting rules.
When the Order Lines are created from Application , the Price , however is correctly calculated.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Populate the Order Import Interface tables
2. Order Management responsibility
3. Orders, Returns > Import Orders
4. Submit the Order Import request for this data in the Interface tables
