E-Business Suite 12.1.3 Applications Framework, Framework issues

 



After an upgrade to Internet Explorer 11, users intermittently get the below error during login:


JBO-30004: An application module that was not checked out was checked into the pool, host.domain:webport oracle.apps.fnd.framework.navigate.server.OANavigatePortletAM

Some cases may occur in the home page, when switching between users:

Other cases may occur when returning to the homepage from a functional product form:

Error while invoking Main Menu. Application:FND, Message Name:FND_NO_TRANSACTION_ID

When users refresh the browser, the error is resolved.
