Goal

When price list has been implemented from 11i to R12, below Price List Date Validation message shows up when Price List Line Start Date is older than Price List Header Start Date.
"The start date of pricelist line should be within the start and the end date of the pricelist header." (QP_PLL_START_DATE_NOT_WITHIN)
But this message needs to be ignored to hold original date.
