Symptoms
While applying the upgrade driver patch, u10124646.drv, we have run into a worker error, an ORA-20000. The sql file the patch deploys during the upgrade appears to be an invalid application short name, is there a bug related to this file? is there any downstream issues that would be caused by skipping this file? please advise.
