On : 12.1.3 version, Pick Release

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
WSHPSGL: Pick release online failed

Pick Release Online Failed-Release Order In Execute Now Mode.
When we booked an order with items as serial number.

APP-WSH-228262 error message:
Pick Release Online failed. Release order in concurrent mode.

In concurrent mode, pick release completes normally.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Pick release should happen successfully in both online and concurrent modes

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Pick Release Online In Execute Now Mode.
