Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Revenue
When attempting to delete a record from Events Summary,
the following message occurs.

PA_TK_EVENT_DELV_DEL
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. select the Projects responsibility
2: Go to Billing -> Events -> Project > search project number > click Find
3: In Events Summary form , select the event > click Delete icon.
4: Note the error message: PA_TK_EVENT_DELV_DEL
