On : 12.1.3 version, Support Codes
While accessing contract information from Install Base
the following error occurs.
You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Oracle install base agent user responsibility
2: Query on Item & Serial Number in Install Base and navigates to the summary service contract record through the IB portal
3: In order to validate the various Service Contract attributes for a converted record, they must click on the contract number hyperlink, so the remaining details may be viewed and validated
The problem is that clicking on the hyperlink to open the contract works only for the first record after logging into Oracle. All subsequent attempts at contract hyperlinks result in the Error Page
