Transmission with RC TransactionCode Is Not Clearing Previously Set Data When Data Is Omitted From XML (Doc ID 2206016.1)

Symptoms

An XML is sent to OTM with a Transaction Code of RC. This XML is used to update an existing OTM object. The XML omits certain data elements from that object, where those data elements have already a value set in OTM.

The expectation is that the data elements currently set will be nullified, since the data is not included in the XML. However, the data remains set to the previously set values.
