Mobile Apps patches were recently installed per <Note 1642431.1> - E-Business Suite Mobile Foundation Release Notes.

Afterwards the administrator enabled and configured applications via the Mobile Applications Manager responsibility, and granted the mobile app access role to the user responsibilities.

Next the adminstrator validated the configuration file ebs-mobile-config.xml for the app:

----------------

<?xml version = '1.0' encoding = 'UTF-8'?>
<ebs-mobile-config>
<app-info>
<name>EBS Approvals</name>
<bundle-id>com.oracle.ebs.atg.owf.Approvals</bundle-id>
<status>ENABLED</status>
<distributions>
<distribution version="1.0.1"/>
</distributions>
</app-info>
<connection-settings AuthServerType="HTTP_BASIC">
<param name="APPS_MOBILE_IDLE_TIMEOUT">7200</param>
<param name="APPS_MOBILE_SESSION_TIMEOUT">28800</param>
<param name="APPS_MOBILE_AGENT"><host>.<domain>:<port></param>
</connection-settings>
</ebs-mobile-config>

Then users downloaded the Mobile App from the iStore to the mobile device.

When users try to connect to the mobile applications it errors with:
