On : 12.1.3 version, Journal Entry

User trying to select the Review Button in Journal Post form(GLXJEPST) and its not working and not opening the
review form

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to review the journal from Journal Post form

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Log into general ledger
2. Navigate to Journal-Post
3. Query the journal and select post
