WebADI: Error ORA-00918 Column Ambiguously Defined When Creating Items From Excel And Applying Template With User-Defined Attributes (Doc ID 2208082.1)

Symptoms

When you try to create items using WebADI, records are getting populated in Open Interface and the program completes with warning message.
No details are available in program log/error tables.
For each record, PROCESS_FLAG in MTL_SYSTEM_ITEMS_INTERFACE is 1 and in EGO_ITM_USR_ATTR_INTRFC PROCESS_FLAG is 2.

Program log provides below message-

1. Development manager > Import Items > Import from Excel
2. Download webADI for the ICC and upload it back into system
3. EGO Spreadsheet Java Concurrent program request is launched in the background and completes in Warning

You can create items from the front-end UI without any errors.
