On : 12.2.4 version, Requisitions

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Requisition line amount is not becoming zero after cancellation for Fixed Price services requisition lines.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
for Fixed Price services requisition lines, Line amount should become zero after cancellation.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a requisition for Fixed Price services
2. approve the same.
3. cancel the requisition line.
4. Check requisition amount is not reduced since PR Line amount is not becoming Zero
