Symptoms

When attempting to access the Workplan tab the following error occurs.

ERROR

You do not have the security to access this page. Please contact your system administrator.

STEPS
--------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Projects responsibility > Projects:Delivery > Project List > find your project number
2. Click on a project name
3. Click on Workplan tab
4. Error occurs
