Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Service Request Form

When attempting to find or Query an existing SR

ERROR
-----------------------
ORA-01403: no data found

STEPS
-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Find Service Request form
2. Using the find form you can see that currently many SR’s exist
3. Select one of the SRs and try to open it and
you get this error: ORA-01403 no data found
