Request Set With Print Together Option Generates Only XML Tags And Does Not Print

Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Request Processing
In a Request Set, When Using Print Together Option only XML tags are getting generated. A new Request Set is created using 2 XML reports and ran the same. When the request is defined with "Print Together" Option check marked and Submitted, Only XML Tags shows up when clicked on view Output. The same Request set if defined with "Print Together" option unchecked and submitted, Report output is coming up in the desired format (like PDF).
When "Print Together" is check marked for Request set, ideally the Report output should be in desired format.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Define a Request set with "print Together" check marked.
2. Submit the Request set.
3. Click on view output for one of the Reports
4. Only XML Tags shows up.
