R12: Error 95353 in PRC: Create Accounting for Account Derivation Rule Owned by User (Doc ID 2212610.1)

Symptoms

PRC: Create Accounting has the following exception:

Event Class - Supplier Invoice
Event Type - Expense Report Cost Distribution

Error Number 95353
Error Message - Subledger Accounting was unable to derive an accounting code combination using the account derivation rule <&ADR> owned by User. Please review the account derivation rule and make sure it derives a valid accounting flexfield combination for the source values passed for the transaction.
