CWB Error- FDPSTP Failed Due To ORA-20001: BEN_92985_CWB_VAL_NOT_INCRMNT (Doc ID 2212649.1)

Symptoms

 
After creating dynamic columns and backed out all participated employees in order to re-participate them,
when trying to run Participation Process: Compensation Workbench in 'Commit' mode the following error occurs:

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-20001: BEN_92985_CWB_VAL_NOT_INCRMNT: N, VAL, 4747.08, N, INCREMENT, 1, N, PERSON, XXXX (Employee name)
ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_MESSAGE", line 498
ORA-06512: at "APPS.BEN_MANAGE_CWB_LIFE
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
XXXX  (Employee name)
4747.08 (example salary calculation)


Steps to reproduce the issue: 
1. Navigate to responsibility:  HRMS Manager 
2. Process and reports> Run Participation Process: Compensation Workbench
3. Check the log file
