Symptoms

Unable to approve purchase order form, as the form hangs after press "Approve" button

or

When attempting to submit the document for PO approval the following error occurs is observed in the workflow

ORA-04036: PGA memory used by the instance exceeds PGA_AGGREGATE_LIMIT

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new PO and submit the document for approval
2. Could see that the approval workflow is errored
