The SEquipmentSeal Does Not Update New Values When Uploading ActualShipment XML

The SEquipmentSeal does not get updated to a new value when using the Integration Manager XML to upload the ActualShipment Equipment Details. This behavior only occurs when there is an existing value in place.
Alternatively insert, update and delete work as expected when changes are made in the User Interface.
1. Plan an order and shipment with the equipment details to include a Number for the Seal.
2. Confirm a Seal number is used
a. Navigate to the Shipment Equipment Details window
b. When the Seal Number field is populated it will be visible here (must be in Edit mode)
3. Upload Shipment Actual XML with the updated Seal Number.
a. Navigate to Business Process Automation > Integration > Integration Manager> Upload an XML/CSV Transmission
4. Review the "Seal Number" on the Shipment Equipment of the Shipment.
