Using Purchasing, when autocreating any requisition into a po using the autocreate form the error "Unexpected Error Occurred During Auto-create" occurs

STEPS
-------------------
1. Login to the E-Business Suite and choose the Purchasing Module.
2. go to the Autocreate form and query any req
3. click automatic to create the po
4. click on the create button

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, users cannot use the autocreate form to create PO's from Requisitions
