Not Able To View Balance From Assignment Process Result Form

When trying to view balances in the Standard Balances window through Assignment Process Results form, users get a blank screen. But when checked under 'View Results', users can see that elements are getting processed.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Global HRMS Manager responsibility
2. View > Assignment Process Results
3. Enter Assignment number and Find.
4. Keep the cursor in Run and then, go to Balances button. See a blank form with only headers.
