R12: POXMUB: Report Output is in English Whereas it Should be in Canadian French

Symptoms
On : 12.2.5 version, Reports - PO and RCV
POXMUB: Mass Update of Purchasing Documents output is in English whereas it should be in FRC French Canadian language.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Responsibility: Purchasing
2. Navigate to: Submit Request
3. Pick up Mass Update of Purchasing Documents from the List of Values
Parameters show up in English instead of the expected FRC language.
Also, in the third parameter we have "livrer à" for translation of "Requestor". It should read "Demandeur" instead specially since the "Livrer À" is alos the name of the deliver to column.
