AR_S_00009 Duplicate Entities Exist for Credit Memo and Unposted Credit Memo Application (Doc ID 2213891.1)

Symptoms

Create Accounting is not processing credit memo application to GL.

In the AR_RECEIVABLES_APPLICATIONS table, the unposted CM applications shows an EVENT_ID that is already processing.

In the XLA_EVENTS table, you see an orphan event with PROCESS_STATUS_CODE = U and duplicate CM_CREATE events.
