OTL Retrieval Processes Not Retrieving Adjustments for Timecards Created Prior to Upgrade (Doc ID 2214341.1)

Symptoms

While running any of the following OTL Retrieval Processes

Transfer Time from OTL to BEE
PRC: Transaction Import
Retrieve Time from OTL
Retrieve Timecard Data from OTL to EAM

Some timecard adjustments are not being retrieved by the respective recipient application.

This issue is specific to timecards created prior to the upgrade which are now being modified after upgrading to 12.2 HRMS RUP 8 <Patch 21507777> or later.
