Symptoms

Re-processing a transmission (I_TRANSMISSION) creates duplicate transaction (I_TRANSACTION) records.

While reprocessing a previously completed transmission, regardless of processing status, creates additional records in transaction (I_TRANSACTION) table.

 

NOTE: This only happens with the inbound transmissions are coming via Direct XML Insert API (GLOGOWNER.PKG_INTEGRATION_UTIL.insert_transmission)
