Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Supplier Registration Issues
When attempting to register a prospective supplier and the TaxPayer Id field is not mandatory field as there is no Asterisk sign
next to the FIEN field. If the value is not entered the following error occurs.
Steps to reproduce:
1. iSupplier Portal > Basic Information > Prospective Supplier Registration
2. Company Details - here the FEIN is not asterisked indicating that it is a required
3. If client does not fill out FEIN field (its not required) then the following error occurs
