Receiving Error, not able To Launch The Billing Plan Form In The Order Management Module (Doc ID 2216128.1)

On : 12.2.6 version, Transaction Entry

Unable to launch the Billing Plan form in the Order Management module

As a part of the R 12.2.6 upgrade, Launch Billing Plan action when selected from the Actions Menu for a booked order in the Sales order form does not launch the form.

The following exception/error is raised:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login in as Oracle Order Management Super User Responsibility
2. Navigate to Sales Order Form
3. Query an existing order
4. Go to line
5. Action -> Billing Plan
