R12: Reversal Expenditure Items Are Not Flowing From Projects to OBI (Doc ID 2216629.1)

Symptoms

Customer originally encountered a mismatch between the quantity and project burdened costs in Projects module (EBS) after doing reversals and same mismatch was reflected in OBI.

Customer received a datafix from Projects which updated the amounts and last updated by for the problematic records.  However, the fixed records didn't flow to OBI because the Oracle standard code picks the data based on Request ID run date on those records.
