Reversal Expenditure Items Are Not Flowing From Projects Costing to Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI) (Doc ID 2216629.1)

Symptoms

Customer originally encounters a mismatch between the Quantity and Project Burdened Costs column in Oracle Projects Costing module >> Expenditure Inquiry (PAXTRAPE.fmb) form for reversal transactions.  The same mismatch is reflected in OBI.

Customer received a data fix from Projects Costing, which updated the Amounts and Last Updated by for the problematic records.
However, the fixed records didn't flow to OBI because the Oracle standard code picks the data based on the concurrent request ID run date on those records.
