Error applying AD Upgrade Patch for Release 12.2 (Patch 10117518)

Upgrade EBS from release 12.1.3 to 12.2, according to the document Oracle E-Business Suite Release Notes, Release 12.2 (Doc ID 1320300.1)
Section 3: Instructions for Upgrade Customers
  Prerequisite: Apply the AD Upgrade Patch for Release 12.2 (Patch 10117518) by merging it with the latest Consolidated Upgrade Patch (CUP) for AD (Patch 22742061:R12.AD.C).

When I apply merge patch, the following error appears:

adjava -mx2048m -nojit @/srv/oracle/preprod/apps/12.2/fs1/EBSapps/appl/admin/HRUTF/out/genjars.cmd

  Successfully generated product JAR files in JAVA_TOP -

AutoPatch error:
adptaskGetTaskStatusID: Error while selecting from table AD_TASK_STATUS

AutoPatch error:
ORA-01012: not logged on

AutoPatch error:
adptaskPostpatchTiming: Error calling adptaskGetTaskStatusID()

AutoPatch error:
adogjf2: Error calling adptaskPostpatchTiming for task Generate JAR files under JAVA_TOP.

AutoPatch error:
Failed to generate the product JAR files
