Symptoms
Rates are based on the loading LENGTH. The 3D load config will not rotate the ship units to minimize the loading length, resulting in higher cost.
For example, two identical orders with the same overall dimensions will load differently. On one the length is the longest side on the other the Width or Height is the longest side. In the case where the length is the longest side, it is not optimizing the way it is loaded to reduce cost.
