Project change order workflow notification recipient for approver user name replaced by system generated id 'APPR_PAWFCISC447503245768680590' (Workflow adhoc role)

Project Super user-> Projects : Delivery->Search Projects -> query project
Navigate Project-> Control: Change Requests > Update Change Request: AN Change Request > Change Status >

Workflow role (long system ID) is internally assigning approver/approvers and system is routing the approval request to the right person. But any Functional User looking at the workflow from the front end has who the internal id represents.

You see recipient is long name prefix with `APPR_'
ie 'APPR_PAWFCISC447503245768680590'


Issue started after applying Delta 7.

Prior to Delta 7, Recipient would display:

'<Last name>, <First name>'

After Delta 7, Recipient would display:

'APPR_PAWFCISC447503245768680590'
