ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

If short time worker (<3/4) and Payment Base Days 3,2 and 1 month has over 17 in each month,
the remarks column does not have the word "Short time worker" in For Si FD Report - Notification of Geppen.)
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Even If short time worker (<3/4) and Payment Base Days 3,2 and 1 month has over 17 in each month,
the remarks column should have the word "Short time worker" in For Si FD Report - Notification of Geppen.)
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Set up short time worker (<3/4) to check the check box "Short Time Worker (< 3/4) (N) People -> Enter and Maintain -> Assignment(B) -> SI, Income Tax(B) -> "SI General"tab
- Run Payroll Run (Salary)
- Set up the Gep_ Adjustment Information to geppen process as below
Payment Base Days 3 month,2 and 1: over 17 days
- Run the Payroll Run (Geppen)
- Run Payroll Report (For Si FD Report - Notification of Geppen.)
