Symptoms

When trying to query some Service Requests not related to Contracts

FRM-40735: POST-QUERY trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01403


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to apps
2. (R) Service (N) Find Service Requests
3. Query for some Service Request
