Unable To Receive A RMA In Mobile WMSINB-22256 Lot/Serial Validation Failed (Doc ID 2219646.1)

When attempting to receive a RMA for a Lot controlled item, the Receiving Transaction Processor has following error

RVTBM-008: Subroutine rvtbm_immediate_mngr() returned error
RVTBM-120: Subroutine rvtptcontrol() returned error

The Transaction Status Summary form shows the following error

WMSINB-22256:Lot/Serial validation failed
ORA-01403: no data found in Package INV_MATERIAL_STATUS_GRP Procedure get_lot_serial_status_control

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login into Mobile
2. Navigate Receive -> RMA
3. Enter RMA Number = 90007291 and item 5024-10
4. Enter Qty = 10 ,  Lot Num = 8961105 , Lot qty = 10
5 . Click Next Item. Enter  item 5024-10
6. Enter Qty = 10 , Lot Num = 9004121, Lot qty = 10
7. Click Done
8. Get the Txn Success message in Mobile but the Receiving Transaction Processor (RTP) completed with error.

Business Impact
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Receive against an RMA.
