Service Request Charges Error: "IPL: Price was not found on price list XXXXXXXXX for this item XXXX and uom EA" (Doc ID 2219914.1)

Oracle Teleservice - Version 12.1.3 and later
Oracle Depot Repair - Version 12.1.3 and later

Symptoms

In Depot Repair or Service Request Charges tab when an item is selected, the following error occurs:

Error:

 IPL: Price was not found on price list XXXXXXXXX for this item XXXX and uom EA


Steps:

(R) Depot Repair
 - Create Service Request
 - Create Service Order
 - Enter estimates with default currency (i.e. USD)
 - Update currency (i.e. EUR)

 or

(R) Service
 - Create Service Request
 - Navigate to Charges tab
 - Enter a manual line and select an item
 - Switch to a different Currency

=> The error appears and the amounts are not converted.

What is Working:

It is possible that the Order can be generated successfully with the same information (Customer, Item, Price List...) from Order Management.
