java.lang.NullPointerException at PayPayslipChoosePayslipCO.processRequest when Accessing Online Paylip (Doc ID 2221076.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

Accessing payslip throws the following error.

Exception Details.  
 oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.lang.NullPointerException
    at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException.wrapperException(OAException.java:912)
    at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.OAWebBeanHelper.processRequest(OAWebBeanHelper.java:636)
    at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.OAWebBeanContainerHelper.processRequest(OAWebBeanContainerHelper.java:252)
    at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.beans.layout.OAStackLayoutBean.processRequest(OAStackLayoutBean.java:350)

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Login as Employee Self-Service.
  2.  Go to Payslip.
  3.  Error occurs.
