Synchronize Employees Removes Source_Number For Some Users (Doc ID 2221767.1)

Symptoms

In 12.1.3 for one employee/resource record updating employee name in HR(Enter and Maintain form) then run Synchronize Employees" with parameter as Overwrite Resource Name" ="Full Name from HR" notice source_number column on table jtf_rs_resource_extns is NULL. Issue only occurs for the one record. Not sure why Synchronize Employees is setting the source_number column to NULL after running this program.

Need to understand why the Synchronize Employees is making the source_number column to NULL on table jtf_rs_resource_extns for this one record.

Is a datafix feasible to resolve the issue?
