Sales Agreement Released Quantity, Fulfilled Quantity Do Not Match with Sales Orders Summary (Doc ID 2221988.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior

  1. Find that Sales Agreement Released Quantity, Fulfilled Quantity doesn’t match with Sales Order’s Quantity.
  2. Find that discrepancy exists between Released Quantity on Sales Agreement to the Sum of Release Quantity in the Sales Order Lines.

Expected Behavior


Sales Agreement Released Quantity and Fulfilled Quantity should be match with released sales order.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Orders, Returns: Blanket Sales Agreements
  2. Query the agreement (F11 - enter Blanket Number - Ctrl+F11)
  3. Select Summary tab to see Released Quantity
  4. View Releases to see orders released. Sum of Qty should equal released quantity.
