ER: Feature to restrict the available payment methods to be retrieved (Doc ID 2223268.1)

There is a case that only certain payment methods need to be listed in the LOV for certain assignments.
Currently there is no feature to restrict the payment methods to be retrieved in the self service Manage Payroll Payments - Payment Method LOV.

E.g.

Employee Self Service responsibility

(N) Manage Payroll Payments > (B) Add Check Payments > Click on the "Payment Method" LOV
