po.plsql.PO_PDOI_PVT..log_audsid.0.  EXCEPTION 

ORA-20100: ORA-20100: File o0066446.tmp creation failed. File could not be opened or operated on as requested.

Action: Make sure the directory - /tmp/sandegy - is a valid directory with write permissions and is accessible from the database in
Package po.plsql.PO_PDOI_PVT.Procedure log_audsid.0;

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
---------------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Oracle Purchasing
2. Navigate to Autocreate
3. Select approved Requisition and press either Manual or Automatic buttons
4. Receive error: Unexpected error occurred during autocreate

Changes

 Create new instance and upgrade to R12.2.5
