Symptoms

Problem Statement:

Hrglobal fails loading pyusfedtaxut.ldt with the following error.

Uploading from the data file /XXXX/fs1/EBSapps/appl/pay/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/loc_us/pyusfedtaxut.ldt
Altering database NLS_LANGUAGE environment to AMERICAN
Dumping from LCT/LDT files (/XXXX/fs1/EBSapps/appl/pay/12.0.0/patch/115/import/pyusertable.lct(120.5.12020000.8), /XXXX/fs1/EBSapps/appl/pay/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/loc_us/pyusfedtaxut.ldt) to staging tables
Dumping LCT file /XXXX/fs1/EBSapps/appl/pay/12.0.0/patch/115/import/pyusertable.lct(120.5.12020000.8) into FND_SEED_STAGE_CONFIG
Dumping LDT file /XXXX/fs1/EBSapps/appl/pay/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/loc_us/pyusfedtaxut.ldt into FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY
Dumped the batch (PAY_USER_TABLES Federal Tax Standard Deduction Table US , PAY_USER_COLUMN_INSTANCES_F Exemption Amount US ) into FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY
Uploading from staging tables

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Run hrglobal.drv.
  2.  Worker job fails loading pyusfedtaxut.ldt.
