Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Purchase Order
In purchase order shipments -when tab from promise date it is skipping Note from receiver field.
STEPS
-----------------------
1.Create a purchase order.
2. Go to shipments-keep cursor on need_by_date-tab out-it goes
directly to country or origin and skipping Note for Receiver
BUSINESS IMPACT
